Our 3/2mm Insulated suit is crafted with glued and blind stitched (GBS) seams with critical seam taping. Unlike flatlock, GBS seams are first glued and then stitched halfway through the neoprene, creating a strong, waterproof bond. This, combined with additional taping on critical internal seams, effectively blocks water ingress, drastically reducing cold water flushing and maximising the suit's warmth. This construction also enhances the suit's durability, making it a robust choice for committed surfers.
